All Star Game
A quick note, Fox’s animated baseball, skippy, that came on to explain what a Change Up pitch is really fricken annoying. Holy, crap its annoying.
Edit1: Another quick note, I like the idea of having the All Star game determine home field advantage of the World Series. As their slogan this year says, “This One Counts”.
Edit2: Why are the leagues so uneven? The NL has 16 teams, and the AL has 14. The NL Central has 6 teams, and the AL West has 4 teams. Weird.
These Ameriquest commercials showing someone in a mosh pit at a Rolling Stones concert are pretty dumb. I’d expect prune pits, not mosh pits. I don’t think audiences at Rolling Stones concerts are quite as lively a bunch as they used to be.

Edit4: Chevy in their commercial touting its manly trucks, says that the Japanese don’t have a word for pick-up, and that real trucks aren’t lime green with racing stripes. Then they show one of their “manly Chevy trucks” that has lime green racing stripes…. hmm….

Edit6: Nice tribute to Detroit music too by Fox when they cut to commericial. Detroit greats such as Eminem, Madonna, and Kidrock have played out the game. Nice touch.
Edit7: 9 years in a row, AL wins. Also, why does Miguel Tejada need a new Corvette? I’m sure he could buy a garage full of them. *sigh*

Everyone hates skippy. I remember the announcers made fun of how stupid it was a couple years ago. It is voiced by the person who does sponge bob.
