If you want to see all those theories tied up in one pretty pseudo-scientific package, you should check out the 1994 book, The Bell Curve. I read it this summer, and it provides a lot of terrible (and sloppy) statistics. I wouldn't be surprised if they got their facts from that. The thing is, I don't think of any race as being intrinsically more or less intelligent than the others. In order for intelligence to manifest, there is a crucial element: EDUCATION.
